Actor, author and musician Henry Rollins delivers a
graphic and humanistic portrait of the world famine epidemic in a
unique and dramatic fashion. Neither documentary nor fiction, 'H for
Hunger' instead seeks to create awareness of a global problem. Like
an investigative reporter, the protagonist, himself a living allegory
for abject hunger, probes into its many biological and historical
aspects, as well as its political, legal and economic dimensions.
Additionally, in this timely film Mr. Rollins examines the diverse
organizations which claim to be addressing the problem and the many
obstacles to constructive change.
